When it was established in 2004, the staff at IDMWORKS recognized the need for Identity and Access Management (IAM) and developed its dedicated IAM practice from the beginning. Today, we continue to specialize in projects within the Identity and Access Management realm.

Managing Partner
Paul Bedi directs the company's portfolio with an eye toward innovation, and simplicity. With more than 12 years experience in the technology industry, Paul is responsible for managing the consulting practice for Identity Management and Security. The last 10 years have been spent exclusively architecting and deploying solutions that are tailored to the unique characteristics and challenges associated within Fortune 100 companies.
Paul holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of Western Ontario, as well as master's degree in business administration from Pepperdine University.
Managing Partner
Todd Rossin is responsible for the oversight of various IDMWorks business segments and for the development of strategic plans to sustain the company's rapid growth pattern.
Mr. Rossin has over fifteen years of management and technical experience that assist our clients in accomplishing their missions and objectives more effectively. Building on this strong technical background, Mr. Rossin has always been able to contribute heavily in supplying state-of-the-art software solutions to his projects. The ability to devise sound software solutions to solve complex problems has earned him the continued trust of clients.
Mr. Rossin received his bachelor of arts degree from the University of Delaware and his MBA and Masters of Science degrees from Wilmington College. Mr. Rossin also holds many technical certifications in Identity and Access Management as well as multiple industry certifications.
Director, Security Services
Ted Balfour is responsible for the service delivery activities within IDMWORKS, ensuring quality and on-time delivery is maintained for client engagements. Additionally, Ted works closely with our partners to ensure that IDMWORKS staff's technical skills are maintained at the highest possible level.
Ted has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry with a focus on providing security solutions and system support in diverse enterprise environments, helping our clients achieve their goals effectively, while recognizing value. His experience in leading successful Identity Management projects spans over a decade, during which his involvement includes some the largest, most complex deployments to date.
Director, Business Development
Duane drives IDMWORKS’ revenue growth in North America via direct sales and business partners. Before joining IDMWORKS, he spent more than four years specializing in identity management sales at Passlogix, specifically in the areas of identity provisioning, password management and strong authentication. Duane helped in building Passlogix’s market presence via direct sales to large strategic customers in energy, healthcare, financial services, distribution, and high-tech, and led in the growth of channel partner sales through BMC, IBM, Oracle, RSA, and Schlumberger.
Prior to Passlogix, Duane held sales and sales management positions at J.D. Edwards, Computer Associates (CA), and Oracle. Prior to Oracle, Duane held product marketing and engineering positions at Hewlett-Packard.
Mr. Stevens holds an MBA degree from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Arizona.
