Contract administration and project management are then provided through the remainder of the engagement.
Post contract award, DCMWORKS works hand in hand with the selected vendors to develop a patch and pull schedules, rack elevations, and room readiness assessments prior to the equipment and any cutover activities occur.
All test results, as-built, training, and warranty information is reviewed then handed over to the client as part of the project closeout.
