Todd Rossin, CEO & Chief Strategist
Todd Rossin is responsible for the oversight of IDMWORKS business segments and for the development of strategic plans to sustain the company’s rapid growth.
Todd has over 20 years experience in managing, architecting and deploying Identity Management, LDAP Directories, Single/Reduced Sign-On (SSO), Identity Provisioning and Identity Workflows, Access Management, RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), ABAC (Attribute Based Access Control) and PBAC (Policy Based Access Control), Compliance and Auditing Technologies, Federated Identity/SSO, Enterprise System Architecture, Security Infrastructure Design, Authentication and Authorization technologies, as well as custom-built security and technology frameworks for regulatory requirements including Sarbanes Oxley, HIPAA/HITECH, FERC/NERC, NIST and HSPD-12.
Todd routinely speaks about risk and security practices at industry events, including ISC2, ISSA and ISACA.
Paul Bedi, CEO
Paul Bedi directs the company’s portfolio with an eye toward innovation and has overseen the growth of the company portfolio throughout the US and Canada.
With more than 20 years experience in the technology industry, Paul is currently responsible for managing the consulting practice for Identity Management and Security. The last 15 years have been spent exclusively architecting and deploying solutions that are tailored to the unique characteristics and challenges associated within Fortune 100 companies.
Paul has significant experience with implementations & integrations of complex technical solutions including hosted & co-managed solution deployments within a multi-vendor landscape.
Nathan Weiss, Vice President, DCMWORKS
Nathan Weiss is the vice president of the IDMWORKS company, DCMWORKS.
As a multi-disciplined IT consulting firm, DCMWORKS specializes in office and data center relocations, consolidations and new construction projects. DCMWORKS has migrated companies to new campuses, colocation facilities, private cloud, and has custom built data centers.
Nathan is a 15-year veteran specializing in IT relocation services. He leads a team of experienced consultants from network, storage, security, application, and telecommunications backgrounds. Nathan’s team has successfully completed enterprise wide technology deployments across a variety of vertical markets, including commercial, technology, pharmaceutical, banking, healthcare, and higher education.

IDMWORKS’ IAM Integration Practice is comprised of implementation experts in vendor, legacy and custom Identity & Access management applications. We have dedicated integration teams for each of the leading IAM technology vendor solutions. Each team includes IAM professionals in project and program management, architecture, engineering and development, analysis and support engineering. IAM implementation team members have a minimum of 5 years in the IAM space and many have more than 10 years in the IT world.
