Josh Gerstenblith
Chief Financial Officer
Josh Gerstenblith is responsible for the company’s financial management functions, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, and tax. Josh previously served as the chief financial officer and chief operating officer of Millman Multimedia (MM). At MM, Josh oversaw accounting, operations, supply chain, corporate development, and strategic planning. During his seven-year tenure with MM, Josh was instrumental in driving exponential growth. He led two acquisitions and many strategic projects, paving the way for the company to become one of the largest and most innovative e-commerce companies in its industry. Prior to joining MM, Josh was a vice president at SC&H Capital. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he served clients in a wide array of industries.
Jason Bonds
Chief Revenue Officer
Jason Bonds brings more than two decades of experience scaling revenue organizations within the identity, cybersecurity, and fintech sectors. He spent 11 years at Ping Identity, where he played a central role in building and expanding the company’s enterprise sales motion. Most recently, he has served in CRO roles at high-growth companies including Verosint, AppViewX, and Chainalysis, where he consistently drove significant increases in enterprise pipeline, bookings, and customer acquisition.
Ben Wise
Vice President Identity Management
Ben has over 15 years of experience architecting and deploying various identity management solutions for a variety of clients. Ben leads the IDMWORKS’ delivery organization and has been instrumental to the development of IDMWORKS’ broad expertise across over 30 different product specializations while managing the daily operations of the delivery organization. Ben’s leadership has created the IDMWORKS delivery methodology, which assists the IDMWORKS’ customers from the creation and definition of their Identity Program Requirements through their successful Technology deployment and integration initiatives. His direct engineering and architecture experiences remain invaluable to his clients as he routinely assists directly by addressing complex technical issues – with solutions that align directly to direct business value.

Dana oversees IDMWORKS' HR, People and Culture bringing years of executive experience. She is an accomplished global human resources leader with proven ability to identify, develop, and implement effective solutions directly impacting business success. Dana has a deep understanding of the IAM space and the requirements of leveraging cross-functional relationships to meet the company's people and workforce objectives. She is a driven individual with a passion for achieving desired results, continuously striving for improvements to business growth and impact.
Bill Willis
CTO | Head of Advisory
Bill is the CTO | Head of Advisory for IDMWORKS and is a thought leader in Security, Compliance, Biometrics, Credentialing, and Identity. He is the technology Founder & Inventor of IBM’s Flagship Identity Management System, Tivoli Identity Manager/ISIM and served as IBM’s Global Subject Matter Expert for Security and Identity. Bill commercialized the Iris biometric technology used globally for identification for National Identity and Border Crossing programs. He created the Biometric Engine™, a Next Generation AFIS which provided support for biometrics such as Palm, Face, Iris, Voice and DNA.
