Challenge
The customer was using the PingOne for Enterprise MSP legacy product that wasn’t able to adequately support their customer MSP needs. Deluxe decided the best solution was to migrate from PingOne for Enterprise MSP to the much more modern and dynamic PingOne for Customers for use as an MSP.
Solution
By using PingOne Davinci, IDMWORKS configured a specific solution for all 1200+ MSP customers and their hundred thousand plus users to migrate from PingOne for Enterprise MSP to PingOne for Customers such that the customer has a much more flexible MSP solution for their banking customers that includes many MFA options during authentication.
Results
In six months, IDMWORKS migrated over 1,200 banks and their users from PingOne for Enterprise MSP to PingOne for Customers. They also established an MSP support model within PingOne for Customers, enabling the customer to offer a modern B2B identity service that allows banks to federate to the Alert Center and OrderPro applications with dynamic MFA for authentication. The solution transfers user management and MFA configuration responsibilities to each bank while maintaining the customer’s oversight and control within a single PingOne Cloud for Customers tenant.
