The IDMWORKS Team

The IDMWORKS Advisory Practice is comprised of our IAM subject matter experts that have the expertise to align your organization’s core competencies and its information security requirements with best practice IAM processes and procedures.

IDMWORKS’ IAM Integration Practice is comprised of implementation experts in vendor, legacy and custom Identity & Access management applications. We have dedicated integration teams for each of the leading IAM technology vendor solutions. Each team includes IAM professionals in project and program management, architecture, engineering and development, analysis and support engineering. IAM implementation team members have a minimum of 5 years in the IAM space and many have more than 10 years in the IT world.

IDMWORKS’ IAM Integration Software Practice has an in-house team of developers to continually update and support our IdentityForge connectors.

IDMWORKS’ Custom Development Practice delivers custom software solutions on a variety of platforms and devices, from Windows and OS X to the web and mobile devices.

The DCMWORKS team is comprised of subject matter experts in the areas of network, storage, security, application development, structured cable plant, and telecommunications to serve our data center migration and IT relocation customers.

Our Managed Services team manages, maintains, services, and supports your IAM or DCIM solution and provides 24/7 monitoring for real-time threat detection and alerts.

Paul Bedi, CEO

Paul Bedi directs the company’s portfolio with an eye toward innovation and has overseen the growth of the company portfolio throughout the US and Canada.

With more than 20 years experience in the technology industry, Paul is currently responsible for managing the consulting practice for Identity Management and Security. The last 15 years have been spent exclusively architecting and deploying solutions that are tailored to the unique characteristics and challenges associated with Fortune 100 companies.

Paul has significant experience with implementations & integrations of complex technical solutions including hosted & co-managed solution deployments within a multi-vendor landscape.

Gray Mitchell, CISO and SVP Advisory Services

James Gray Mitchell, CISO and VP Advisory Services

For over two decades, Gray Mitchell, has pioneered innovative security solutions to solve complex business challenges in his role as a CISO in heavily regulated industries including Fortune 100 Healthcare Companies, State Government Agencies, and Educational Organizations. Gray currently serves as IDMWORKS’ CISO and VP of Advisory services where he helps enterprise security teams affect identity transformation through the design and implementation of modern identity solutions. Gray’s deep skillset in the Identity and Access Management Domain spans every major vendor as well as program design and implementation of Identity Governance and Administration, Data Access Governance, Privileged Access Management, and Access Controls.

Robin Helfer, CFO

Robin Helfer, Chief Financial Officer

Robin brings over two decades of visionary, forward-thinking operational and financial leadership to her position as Chief Financial Officer for IDMWORKS. In her role, Robin is focused on streamlining operations, reducing costs, and boosting profits to enhance shareholder value. Robin’s passion for results helps the IDMWORKS team thrive in the fast-paced, growth-oriented IAM environment.

Robin is a CPA and has an MBA in Management from NYU Stern School of Business and brings a wealth of global financial, strategic and general management acumen to her role.

Sean Harris, EVP Field Operations

Sean Harris, EVP of Field Operations

A veteran of the Identity and Access Management industry, Sean Harris has been supporting business leaders at Fortune 500 companies across the globe in developing and executing successful IAM strategies for nearly two dozen years. Sean has served in leadership roles for multiple identity software vendors, lending a deep understanding of how different vendor solutions function. Sean brings a unique perspective that ensures IDMWORKS’ clients and their needs are always at the forefront of operational decisions.

Nathan Weiss, VP Sales

Nathan Weiss is the Vice President of Sales, IDMWORKS.

Nathan is a 15-year veteran of running complex IT and IAM projects pairing his deep knowledge of the broader IT organization with IDMWORKS’ extensive experience in Identity and Access Management to create a unique, holistic approach for designing and implementing successful Identity programs.

As VP of sales, Nate oversees IDMWORKS’ global sales organization responsible for driving revenue growth via direct sales. As the trusted IAM partner for thousands of the largest US-based global companies, Nate leads IDMWORKS’ sales organization with an unwavering dedication to ensuring our customers have the right strategy and solution set to achieve IAM program success. IDMWORKS achieves this through a sales organization that maintains certifications across dozens of IAM vendor technologies so they can map customer needs to the right vendor (or combination of vendors) as well as provide a neutral third-party voice to represent our customers.

Ben Wise, VP of Identity Management

Ben Wise, Vice President of Identity Management

Ben has over 15 years of experience architecting and deploying various identity management solutions for a variety of clients. Ben leads the IDMWORKS’ delivery organization and has been instrumental to the development of IDMWORKS’ broad expertise across over 30 different product specializations while managing the daily operations of the delivery organization.

Ben’s leadership has created the IDMWORKS delivery methodology which assists the IDMWORKS’ customers from the creation and definition of their Identity Program Requirements through their successful Technology deployment and integration initiatives. His direct engineering and architecture experiences remain invaluable to his clients as he routinely assists directly by addressing complex technical issues – with solutions that align directly to direct business value.
