IDMWorks leadership team

Our IAM Integration Practice includes project and program management, architecture, engineering, development, analysis, support and subject matter experts.

Each team member has a minimum of five years of experience in the IAM space, and many have more than a decade of IT experience.

We offer an end-to-end solution for identity and access management through our Guide, Launch, Connect, and Manage identity platform. Our team uses this model to simplify even those most complex IAM programs.

Paul Bedi, CEO IDMWORKS IAM Identity

Paul Bedi, CEO

Paul Bedi directs the company’s portfolio with an eye toward innovation and has overseen the growth of the company portfolio throughout the US and Canada.

With more than 20 years experience in the technology industry, Paul is currently responsible for managing the consulting practice for Identity Management and Security. The last 15 years have been spent exclusively architecting and deploying solutions that are tailored to the unique characteristics and challenges associated with Fortune 100 companies.

Paul has significant experience with implementations & integrations of complex technical solutions including hosted & co-managed solution deployments within a multi-vendor landscape.

Josh Gerstenblith, CFO​, IDMWORKS IAM Identity

Josh Gerstenblith, CFO​

Josh Gerstenblith is responsible for the company’s financial management functions including accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, and tax. In addition, he oversees risk management. Josh previously served as the chief financial officer and chief operating officer of Millman Multimedia (MM). At MM, Josh oversaw accounting, operations, supply chain, corporate development, and strategic planning. During his seven-year tenure with MM, Josh was instrumental in driving exponential growth. He led two acquisitions and many strategic projects, paving the way for the company to become one of the largest and most innovative e-commerce companies in the photo industry. Prior to joining MM, Josh was a vice president at SC&H Capital. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he served clients in a wide array of industries.

Sean Harris, VP Field Operations

A veteran of the Identity and Access Management industry, Sean Harris has been supporting business leaders at Fortune 500 companies across the globe in developing and executing successful IAM strategies for nearly two dozen years. Sean has served in leadership roles for multiple identity software vendors, lending a deep understanding of how different vendor solutions function. Sean brings a unique perspective that ensures IDMWORKS’ clients and their needs are always at the forefront of operational decisions.

Nathan Weiss, VP Sales, IDMWORKS IAM Identity

Nathan Weiss, VP Sales

Nathan is a 15-year veteran of running complex IT and IAM projects pairing his deep knowledge of the broader IT organization with IDMWORKS’ extensive experience in Identity and Access Management to create a unique, holistic approach for designing and implementing successful Identity programs.

As VP of sales, Nate oversees IDMWORKS’ global sales organization responsible for driving revenue growth via direct sales. As the trusted IAM partner for thousands of the largest US-based global companies, Nate leads IDMWORKS’ sales organization with an unwavering dedication to ensuring our customers have the right strategy and solution set to achieve IAM program success. IDMWORKS achieves this through a sales organization that maintains certifications across dozens of IAM vendor technologies so they can map customer needs to the right vendor (or combination of vendors) as well as provide a neutral third-party voice to represent our customers.

Ben Wise IDMWORKS VP of Identity Management

Ben Wise, VP Identity Management​

Ben has over 15 years of experience architecting and deploying various identity management solutions for a variety of clients. Ben leads the IDMWORKS’ delivery organization and has been instrumental to the development of IDMWORKS’ broad expertise across over 30 different product specializations while managing the daily operations of the delivery organization.

Ben’s leadership has created the IDMWORKS delivery methodology which assists the IDMWORKS’ customers from the creation and definition of their Identity Program Requirements through their successful Technology deployment and integration initiatives. His direct engineering and architecture experiences remain invaluable to his clients as he routinely assists directly by addressing complex technical issues – with solutions that align directly to direct business value.

Sara Shelton IDMWORKS HR

Sara Shelton, Chief People Officer

Sara Shelton has spent her 25-year career in service to her life’s purpose- to help others achieve their goals. Prior to starting as IDMWORKS’ Chief People Officer, she has served in multiple senior HR Business Partner roles supporting C level leaders and their leadership teams in Technology, Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Client Experience with a focus on improving colleague engagement, developing strong talent pipelines, driving performance culture, and creating career frameworks that accelerate and clarify options for colleague growth. Having also served in multiple business roles including technology, project management and sales, Sara quickly identifies business challenges which can be solved with the right talent strategy. She believes wholeheartedly in the ability to make work fun, engaging, and an opportunity for personal and professional growth.  Sara loves to meet new people and bring teams together to creatively solve problems. She has effectively applied these strategies in large, small, public, and private companies, led HR M&A work streams, and private equity portfolio companies. Sara is SPHR, SHRM-SCM, PROSCI®, DiSC, and Hogan® certified.
