Howdy partners, and welcome back from the wild frontier of Summit 2024: Odyssey!

Dust off your Stetsons, because here’s a firsthand account of the whirlwind, laughter-filled adventure that was our annual sales kickoff, straight from the snowy peaks of Bozeman, Montana.

Bye-Bye “Boredroom”:  Business Beyond Blazers

Forget stuffy conference rooms and sterile suits. This year, we embraced the western spirit, trading dress codes for denim chaps and cowboy boots. We are all in agreement with Enterprise Account Executive Sam Prpich:  It wasn’t just a change of wardrobe; it was a shift in energy.

Hugs, high fives, and genuine connections replaced typical SKO stiff handshakes and awkward small talk. We were a crew of identity pioneers, bonding over breakfast burritos on a snow covered rooftop and late-night happy hours over Bozone Amber that felt like reunions long overdue.

Don’t let the flannel fool you (it’s not just a shirt, it’s a way of life, Account Executive Eric Lin discovered!), this wasn’t a dude ranch retreat. We talked shop, big time. We cracked the code on 2024 industry trends, from Zero Trust security to the ever-evolving landscape of converged identity platforms. Our fearless leadership kept us on the same trail, sharing ambitious plans and exciting partnerships that promise to propel us and our beloved customers all to new heights.

Howdy Partner!

We got real with our partners, swapped war stories, and strategized about how to crush our shared goals this year. Remember, folks, our CEO Paul Bedi sees partners as “extended family,” and Nick Slabaugh, a Director of Technical Solutions, assures us that our ever-growing relationships with Ping Identity, CyberArk, SailPoint, OneIdentity, iProov, and Saviynt are just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to collaborative firepower.

2024 Roadmap:  Happy Trails Ahead

IDMWORKS 20 Years logo2024 is not just our 20th anniversary – but it’s also shaping up to be a banner year, with better HR systems, improved benefits, and new IGA products hotter than a six-shooter in July. Steve Hyson, our SailPoint Practice Director, was most excited about the promises of transparency from Sara Shelton, our new Chief People Officer, and the new internal culture & communications programs for a direct line to Senior Leadership. Buckle up, folks, we’re heading for greener pastures!

Speaking of revolutions, 2024 is the year of Identity! IDMWORKS roadmap has unearthed game-changing integrations and solutions for Managed Identity, Uniformed Identity, and Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM). Simplify management, empower users with passwordless access, and gain control with federated identities.

CIAM takes center stage in 2024 and is your key to secure customer identities and access across all applications and services. Think self-service registration, adaptive access controls, SSO, and BYOI. We’ll help you navigate the maze of identity governance, analytics, and reporting to give you complete control over your customer data.

We’re Managed Identity Masters, having pioneered Managed Identity in 2019, and since then, we’ve focused on refining our approach based on customer feedback and industry trends. We go beyond staff augmentation, offering comprehensive support, incident response, knowledge management, and more – all bound by strict SLAs.

We have new & improved ways to guide you through your own unique, elevate user experiences, and bolster security with biometrics, all while keeping privacy in the driver’s seat. We’re your Identity Journey Partners, with you from start to finish, guiding you through every step of your identity journey. Saddle up, y’all! This identity revolution is just getting started.

This Ain’t Our First Rodeo

But hey, cowboys, cowgirls, and cowpokes alike need to blow off steam too, right? That’s where the “fun stuff” comes in. From The Epic Snowball Battle of Bodhi Farms (Project Manager Vaishali London was vicious & victorious), to yours truly the Digital Marketing Manager Tara Allen’s “infectious energy” that powers the marketing team, and a parade of ugly sweaters so bad they were good. Paul & Sara’s boots deserved an award of their own and everyone agrees that “Sam Says” > Simon Says.

We laughed, we cheered, and we created memories that’ll keep us warm when the snow melts. Director of Strategic Accounts Barry Inger’s legendary hugs? Just icing on the flannel cake.

Trails’ Never-Ending

So, what’s the lasting vibe of Summit 2024? Picture this: technology meets the Wild West, with a healthy dose of laughter and camaraderie thrown in for good measure. We’re a tribe of innovators, united by a passion for Identity and a thirst for adventure. And believe me, even 20 years later, the journey’s just getting started.
