The Challenge
Our customer was re-evaluating how they delivered patient and community services through several condition specific communities. They needed a new approach to enable their care professionals, partners, and developers to rapidly build applications and services focused to each condition and partner community, and scale to support rapidly evolving patient care needs given global shifting demands (COVID-19 / remote).
The Solution
IDMWORKS worked with our customer’s organizational leadership, including Information Technology, Security, Community & Patient Care, and Business Development groups to outline a future state vision to support their innovative and dynamic needs. Through the workshops, a vision was developed that lead to a set of vendor evaluations to select a solution that best met their needs. With this in hand, IDMWORKS engaged to help build the core services to support their different needs and build out a scalability CIAM solution.
The Results
IDMWORKS built a scalable CIAM service capability to support the different business and community units of the institution. With a planned start of 100k+ users, this rapidly scaled to 500k given the ease of use, integration, and core capabilities of the services.
